All schools are fully recognized by the Arkansas Dept. of Education and all offer Gifted and Talented programs. On the elementary level, the district is one of only two in the state to offer a program of parent choice through a magnet school system.

The position is new so call coverage and time off will be discussed with the group. No general surgery or general surgery call. This is an employed position with a top ranked healthcare network. FP/OB needed for rural area of northern Arkansas. No OB fellowship required, but they must be able to perform c-sections. There is one other FP in the practice who does not do OB. OB call is shared with FP/OB’s in neighboring community where the main admitting hospital is located. OB call is 1:4 and FP call is 1:10---they take their own call during the week and rotate holidays and weekends. New physician can expect 7-10 deliveries a month and up to 28 patients per day. Income potential is over $200k. The first year the medical center will provide an income guarantee and cover expenses. After that it goes to a model much like a partnership where income minus expenses equals income. This position is employed with a top ranked medical center. Metro amenities 40 minutes away.
