Busy group private practice-surgeon will do predominant vascular surgery caseload with llimited general surgery at practice start. The hospital is assisting a surgery practice in recruiting a new associate. The private practice group is currently 3 physicians. They cover several hospitals in the Riverside area. The practice is a well-established group with a large extensive referral base. The surgeons do Vascular Surgery and General Surgery. It is expected that at least 75% of the practice will be Vascular Surgery cases to start with the eventual goal to be 100%. Because of the current make-up of the patient load, we are seeking a fellowship trained Vascular Surgeon. The group will offer a top compensation package on a partnership track.

The Radiology Medical Group is a hospital-based practice organized as a partnership of professional corporations. We are looking for competent, friendly and professional individuals who value hard work, a commitment to excellence and compassionate patient care through teamwork. We have the exclusive contract with the hospital and employ a clerical and support staff of five.
Services offered at the primary site include MDCT (4 slice GE), MRI (mobile 1.5T (GE) currently on location 2X week, Ultrasound, Fluroscopy (2 digital rooms, 1 a remote C arm suite), routine Radiography and Nuclear Medicine. Plans in place to allow for a PAC and film less environment in near future. Digital mammography in place. The facility also serves several outpatient clinics within the community and the surrounding region. The practice performs approximately 95,000 procedures per annum. This is accomplished with the help of efficiency enhancing techniques such as personal assistants at each reading location who are responsible for the "care and feeding" of the radiologists.
Call is shared with the plan to expand the practice to allow for a 1 in 4 weekend rotation. Night Hawk Radiology Services provides preliminary readings between 5pm and 5am, seven days a week.

About facility and community
The Group is a physician owned and managed multispecialty medical group established in 1947, now with 200 members serving Central West areas of California. The physicians here use a nearby hospital, a fully accredited 300 bed facility near the main office building.
Physician turnover is low and patient load consists of PPOs, HMOs, Medicare and private insurances. Medicaid makes up about 5% of the volume. Although we have care centers throughout the area, the majority of physicians practice in a modern facility here. All physicians are linked with a computerized medical record system.
The community is a rapidly growing California central valley town of 200,000 whose economy is based mostly on agriculture. Its a great family town with great weather, our own professional symphony and plenty of outdoors activities (San Francisco 1 hrs, the Sierra, skiing and Yosemite about the same), good schools and affordable housing (about the cost of Bay area homes). No snow, no crowding and work is just 10 minutes away.
For the two year associate period there is a guaranteed salary, which varies with specialty and will be discussed in detail with each candidate. In addition there are health and dental benefits, CME and board certification allowances totaling about $15,000, plus a $5000 moving allowance. Malpractice insurance and all practice costs are covered. Starting the second year there is an 11- % contribution to a 401k pretax retirement plan. We have no buy in and shareholder status is offered after two years with shareholder income strongly related to work done. Mutli-Specialty group in Southern California is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible IM Geriatrician to run their Head Start Program (HSP). He/she will be doing a thorough history and physical and plugging them into the various facilities programs, on new patients. No night calls or weekday calls. He/she will be taking once a month weekend calls, which involves rounding at one or two hospitals during the daytime and being on call till 5 pm. He/she will be traveling to different offices within the radius of 20 miles. The salary is $ 170,000. experience preferred.
