BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Company Physician Clinic is a multi-specialty, JCAHO accredited group of 25 physicians and 9 extenders, which includes Family Practice, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedic Surgery, Occupational Medicine, and Urgent Care. All of the Company's physicians are board certified in their specialty. The Clinic is subsidiary of the Company HealthCare, an integrated health system located in Muscatine and is attached to the Hospital, an 80-bed JCAHO accredited facility. The Hospital boasts a brand new, state of the art surgery center with six operating rooms. An intensive care unit, air ambulance service and full time contract emergency medicine coverage are also provided.
THE POSITION
The physician would be responsible for a 1:4 call rotation. The position offers a guaranteed base salary of $very competitive with the opportunity to earn a production bonus. 32 days of paid time-off is provided. The relocation package includes moving expenses. A generous signing bonus is offered. Other benefits include malpractice, health, dental, disability, life insurance, and 401K.

Call Rotation (currently): Currently on a 4 week rotation, call stating at 5P on Friday through Monday at 8A. Saturday clinic when on call. Each physician takes their own phone calls at night, except on designated days off.
Number of Clinic Patients Seen Daily: Approximately 25-30/day
Number of Inpatients seen daily: Approximately 6-10 per day (total for clinic)
Description of Need: MD/DO. Willing to work full time. However, would consider part time. Familiar with all phases of Family Practice. Willing to share on call. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records preferred but not required. Does some minor procedures.
Office Hours: M-F 8A-5P, Saturday 9A-12p (Each provider does one evening in clinic and would start seeing patients at 1PM)
