Employment: Base salary of $335,000 plus productivity based on RVUs (Relative Value Units) two year

Net income guarantee: $385,000 two year contract. No productivity, however, physician keeps any
monies above the $385,000 once any monies advanced by the hospital re: the income guarantee
have been repaid by physician.
Signing Bonus: $25,000
Loan Forgiveness: Negotiable depending on candidates specific needs
Relocation: Up to $10,000
Malpractice Insurance: Occurrence individual policy paid by Medical Center, approx. $7,600/year
(Coverage - $1.3 million for each incident aggregate and $3.9 million general aggregate)

PRACTICE
The group practice is seeking a BE/BC Radiologist to join three other Radiologist. The group practices diagnostic radiology at two hospitals, The hospital and a smaller 60-bed hospital. The hospitals are within 10 minutes from each other and both have affiliated outpatient radiology services. The group performs approximately 75,000 procedures annually. The practice includes R and F procedures, Mammography, Ultrasound, CT, MR, Nuclear Medicine and limited interventional procedures. Competitive salary and benefit package being offered and will be discussed at time of telephone interview with candidate. Nighthawk Service utilized.
