New Position Full Time 1-3 years experience required MD or DO Paid Relocation Will not sponsor Visas The Hospital is currently recruiting an orthopedic surgeon to be employed through an affiliate company, a professional corporation or the Hospital established in 1993. The population to physician ratios in our marketplace along with the out migration statistics clearly indicate that this qualified physician will develop a successful practice in a very short time. The affiliate company, has established a formal relationship with an Orthopedic Practice of the County. They will allow this candidate to share office space, staff, and call with this two man group. This will allow the physician to have a one in three call rotation through the week and a one in five call rotation for the weekends. The newly remodeled offices of the Orthopedic Office of the County include all the amenities needed for a private practice including x-ray and physical therapy suites. The Company is located in the County, Ohio where this family-oriented community offers easy access to metropolitan areas of Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus.

Full Time 1-3 years experience required MD or DO BC or BE Paid Relocation Will not sponsor Visas The Company is currently assisting a Practice with the recruitment of a family practitioner to this two-man group. The group currently does about 90 percent of its work in outpatient and 10 percent of its work as inpatient. This will become an outpatient-only practice as of January 1, 2009 as the Company will institute its hospitalist program. Currently the group has between 5,000 and 7,000 active charts and sees approximately 50 new patients per month. There is a five-person call rotation on the weekends and weekdays. The physicians are in the office about 36 hours per week and this practice has an excellent payor mix. Patients usually have to wait two to three days to see a physician for non-emergent visits. Staffing is appropriate for this size office and this group is recruiting because of an untimely death of their long-term associate. The practice has been established for over 10 years in the same location and they are looking for a board certified or board eligible M.D. or D.O. to assist them in patient care for the patients of the County and the surrounding areas.
