Green Bay Emergency Medicine Services in an independent six-member group seeking another full time partner. We staff a new emergency department at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, WI. It consists of a 16 bed main ED, 6 bed pediatric ED, 6 bed observation center, and a new radiology department including the only 320-slice CT in the region. We are a level III ED that sees 30K/year. We are an accredited chest pain center, stroke center, and well respected regional heart and vascular center. We also staff with midlevel providers either NP, PA or family practice physicians as back up. Shifts are 8 hours and there is a minimum of 12 shifts/month for benefits. All subspecialties available 24/7 including both adult and pediatric hospitalists. Utrasound, CT, MRI available 24/7. We provide generous benefits. First year employees earn $145/hr including pay for administrative hours. CME 5K, full health and dental including a 10K/yr health reimbursement account (HRA) for out of pocket expenses, short and long term disability, all licensing fees, DEA, etc... Moving expenses or sign on bonus 5K. Partnership eligible after 1 year. Phased partnership over four years with sharing at 25/50/75/100% of bonus each successive year of partnershp. No upfront buy-in. Bonuses paid quarterly. 401K eligibility after the 13th month of employment. We also have a Cash Balance Plan as an option fo further tax-deferred retirement contributions. Partners can allocate their bonuses in this plan. Allows for much higher retirement savings then would be allowed by maximizing a 401K only. Full partners earn between $450-550K. Green Bay and the Fox Cities are a tremendous location to raise a family and enjoy both city amenities as well as the close proximity to the outdoors. Great opportunity for BC/BE Family Practice Physician. This is an outpatient position without OB. You may expect a full-time practice, four and a half days per week. The office hours vary among providers to reflect thirty-one and half hours of direct patient contact per week. Phone call is 1:25.
