How many physicians are in your database?

We completely understand the reason why this is a frequently asked question and as of 1-11 there are over 13,000. However, we respectfully submit that a better question to ask in order to gauge your potential success with a database is the ratio of physicians to the number of members that have access to those physicians.

If a database has 20,000 CV's in it but there are 700 members that have access to those CV's, that is 28 CV's to every 1 member.

If you have a database that has 13,000 candidates and has only 140 members that have database access, that is 92 CV's to every 1 member. (our current ratio as of 1-11)

Which of these ratios do you think will increase your chances of success in getting a response from a busy physician?

Our membership limit is based of a ratio of 50 to 1 and will never be exceeded.

Can we try the site for free on a trial period?

Because of the transient nature of the information in our database we cannot allow access to our proprietary database for free. However, we do offer the ability to conduct a "Blind Search" of our database for free. Just register then click on "Search Profiles/CV's" and you can get an exact count of how many physicians we currently have in our database that match your search criteria.

How much traffic does your site receive?

On average 413 Physicians/Mid-levels register at our site each month looking for employment opportunities.

Can you upload our jobs so we do not have to post them by hand?

Yes, if you can send us a file in a CSV or Excel format we can upload that file. If you want to utilize this option please let us know and we will send you a template that details the what we will need.

How do you market this site?

We have a significant presence on the internet, we advertise the site to physicians with a number of direct e-mail and other direct marketing campaigns utilize call centers and advertise in various trade publications. We have a dedicated team that is always looking at new ways to market this site to more providers.
