Why Physician Depot?

 

(1) We Cost Less than other sites but deliver more registrations. We get 400+ new Physician/Mid-levels registering at our site every month and we cost less than any other sites that delivers that amount of traffic.

(3) Limited Membership: We believe most job boards have too many members using them. This has the candidates getting overwhelmed and over exposed which can be a bad experience for candidate and employer.

A job board may have 7,000 candidates but if you have 700+ members accessing that database, you are far less likely to get a response from a physician because so many people are contacting them about their opportunity they get overwhelmed and just stop responding and or your client or competitor is already in touch with them. The ratio in this example is 10 CV's to every 1 member.

Our current ratio is 50 physicians to every 1 member , the feedback from our members is that our candidates are far more responsive than other sites and we feel this is a significant factor.

(4) Our Free Database Preview: We allow you to conduct a "Blind Preview" of our database for FREE in order to determine exactly how many providers we currently have that match your criteria.

(6) Traffic, traffic, traffic: Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc,.. we show up on the first page on all these sites when physicians use to search for jobs and the internet is only one way that we drive physicians to the site. We also utilize direct e-mail, call centers and may other forms of advertising.

 

(7) Age of Database: A number of job boards market the fact that they have so many thousands of CV's, only to get into them and find out that a large number of them are five or six years old. Those CV's are all but useless, as they have been contacted by too many people over the years and are probably off the market. Virtually useless to someone looking to hire quickly.
