Limited Membership: We believe most job boards have
too many members using them. To be more specific the key factor we focus on is CV to member ratio.
A job board may have 6,000 plus CV's but if you have 600+ members accessing that database, you are far less likely
to get a response from a physician because so many people are contacting them about their opportunity they get overwhelmed and just stop responding. The ratio in this example is 10 CV's to every 1 member.
Our current ratio is 40 physicians to every 1 member , now which ratio do you think would increase your chances to get a busy physicians response?

Solution: We limit the number of members based on a target ratio of 25 to 1, before the ratio becomes less that 25 to 1 we stop allowing access to the database for new members. Those
that are members before we close access will be grand fathered in and will
always have database access with an active membership.
Age of Database: A number of job boards market the fact that they have so many thousands of CV's, only to get into them and find out that a large number of them are three or four years old. Those CV's are all but useless, as they have been contacted by too many people over the years and are probably off the market. Virtually useless to someone looking to hire quickly.
Solution: We delete all CV's that are over 24 months old and we encourage and make it easy for physicians registered in our database to remove themselves when their search is complete.
